The Grand at 70 Event Center offers venue rental services with personalized event space customization. We focus on understanding your event vision and preferences to create a tailored plan that reflects your unique style and requirements.
Extended Hours
Extended Hours may be requested to allow your celebration to continue beyond the standard rental timeframe, subject to venue approval and availability. Any use of the venue after the scheduled end time—including guest presence, entertainment, vendor load-out, décor breakdown, or cleanup—will be considered Extended Hours and is subject to venue approval and availability. Approved Extended Hours are billed at an additional hourly rate and must be arranged in advance and paid in full prior to the event date. Events that exceed the contracted end time without prior approval may incur automatic Extended Hours charges, with time rounded to the next full hour. All venue policies, staffing requirements, security guidelines, and local noise ordinances remain in effect during Extended Hours, and the Client assumes responsibility for any additional costs associated with extended use of the space.

All-Day Event Rentals at The Grand on 70 are available and offers exclusive access to the venue for an extended, uninterrupted experience designed for events that require time, flexibility, and refinement. This premium option allows ample time for décor installation, vendor coordination, guest arrival, and seamless transitions throughout the day, ensuring every detail unfolds effortlessly. With full access to the venue’s elegant amenities and dedicated support, an all-day rental provides the freedom to curate a thoughtfully paced event without the pressure of time constraints—creating a relaxed, elevated atmosphere from the first moment to the final farewell.
